IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the administrative proceeding initiated against First Acadiana Bank, Eunice, Louisiana, under section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(a) (1982), amended by section 926 of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub. L. No. 101-73, §926, 103 Stat. 183, 488-90 (1989) (to be codified at 12 U.S.C. §1818(a)), by FINDINGS OF UNSAFE OR UNSOUND PRACTICES AND ORDER OF CORRECTION issued on March 8, 1989, be, and hereby is, discontinued and terminated.
