IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Findings of Unsafe or Unsound Condition and Order of Correction issued against North Bank, N.A., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on June 6, 1989, pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended by the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 ("FIRREA"), Pub. L. No. 101-73, 103 Stat. 183 (1989) (to be codified at 12 U.S.C. §1818(a)), be, and hereby are, terminated.
