IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist issued against First Republic Bank, Rayville, Louisiana, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b) (1982), amended by the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub. L. No. 101-73, 103 Stat. 183, ____ (to be codified at 12 U.S.C. §1818(b)), on January 16, 1986 and modified on May 1, 1987, be and hereby is terminated.
