AMENDED ORDER TO PAY

   The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") issued a NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT OF CIVIL MONEY PENALTIES, FINDINGS OF FACT. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, ORDER TO PAY, AND NOTICE OF HEARING ("NOTICE") to George T. Sweeney, Charles R. Sillstrop, William G. Ross and Barbara J. Powers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Respondents"), on October 12, 1989, assessing civil money penalties against Respondents in the amounts of $380,000,, $55,000, $20,000 and $20,000, respectively.
   Following the issuance of the NOTICE, Respondents and the FDIC executed a STIPULATION AND CONSENT TO THE ISSUANCE OF AN AMENDED ORDER TO PAY ("CONSENT AGREEMENT"), whereby the Respondents, solely for the purpose of this proceeding and without admitting any violation of law or regulation alleged in the NOTICE, consented and agreed to pay civil money penalties in the amounts of $5,000, $3,000, $1,000 and $1,000, respectively, to the Treasurer of the United States.
   After taking into account said CONSENT AGREEMENT, the appropriateness of the penalties with respect to the financial resources and good faith of the Respondents, the gravity of the violations by the Respondents, the history of previous violations by the Respondents, and such other matters as justice required, the FDIC issued the following:

AMENDED ORDER TO PAY

   IT IS ORDERED, that the ORDER TO PAY issued on October 12, 1989, to Respondents is hereby amended, and George T. Sweeney shall be assessed and shall pay a civil money penalty in the amount of $5,000, Charles R. Sillstrop shall be assessed and shall pay a civil money penalty in the amount of $3,000. William G. Ross shall be assessed and shall pay a civil money penalty in the amount of $1,000, and Barbara J. Powers shall be assessed and shall {{11-30-91 p.C-879}}pay a civil money penalty in the amount of $1,000, to the Treasurer of the United States.
   Pursuant to delegated authority.
