Under
CEQA, the AQMD is a
public agency which acts as lead agency for its own projects, such as the adoption of
rules, regulations or plans.
The AQMD may act as a
lead agency for permit projects filed with the AQMD that have not previously undergone a CEQA analysis. This page does not include CEQA documents for projects reviewed by
the AQMD as a commenting or responsible agency. To review projects where the AQMD is
