Requesting Documents in Hard Copy If you are unable to use Portable Document Format (PDF) or for other reasons would like this FDIC publication in print rather than electronic format, contact the FDIC's Public Information Center for information on the availability of hard copies of FDIC public documents. In-print publications are free. Fees are charged for all materials that must be printed from the electronic version ($.20 per page) or faxed ($.50 per page). Orders exceeding 5 documents or 25 pages may require additional processing time. Please call in advance for quicker service. Most requests can be filled in less than 24 hours.Request copies
