The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control has reported that several foreign entities are no longer subject to the import ban of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Trade Control Regulations. |
On April 2, 2004, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a notice that the Secretary of State has declared that the following foreign entities are no longer subject to the import ban of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Trade Control Regulations (Title 31 Part 539 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations):
