THE PRESIDIO TRUST's site may be used only for lawful purposes. Violations of system and network security are prohibited. THE PRESIDIO TRUST may terminate or modify this agreement at any time without notice for any reason. Users may terminate this agreement by destroying all materials obtained from the PRESIDIO TRUST site. THE PRESIDIO TRUST'S property rights in materials that have been posted or otherwise submitted to it via this site, and the user's warranties concerning any such materials shall survive the termination of this agreement.
