instruments including, for low dollar non-complex purchases, purchase
cards. FDIC acquisitions are accomplished in accordance with the
Acquisition Policy Manual (APM) (i.e., the official policy document),
along with its implementing and supplementing document entitled
Procedures, Guidance and Information (PGI).
