The mission of Fitness Journey is to help guide and teach children and adults to improve their lives both physically and mentally through physical activity.

As a personal trainer, mother of two, an athlete, a swimming instructor and AYSO soccer coach, I believe physical fitness helps build self-esteem and general well-being.  I have expanded my services to get children outside to move their bodies and stimulate their minds. I assist home school parents with an organized weekly physical education program and wish to incorporate the Presidential Challenge Physical Activity and Fitness Awards program.  My goal is to expand my services to include an after school program for public school children who aren't involved in organized sports.  Fitness should be fun and last a lifetime.

With our emphasis on fun, instruction and inclusiveness, everyone plays and everyone is made to feel like a winner, regardless of talent level.

Hawaii Sports Zone DBA i9 Sports provides leagues, camps, clinics, and tournaments in three youth sports.  Flag Football, Basketball, and Soccer are the primary sports and are open to Boys and Girls ages 6-14.  Participation and equal playing time are emphasized for all players in the league regardless of skill level.
