Pandemic Exercises
FSIS has conducted tabletop exercises simulating an influenza pandemic.
The exercises were held at USDA's Emergency Operations Center in Washington, DC and featured
participants from industry and consumer groups.

Service (APHIS) conducted a tabletop exercise simulating an outbreak of H5N1 avian influenza in commercial poultry,
backyard flocks, live bird markets, and wild bird populations.
