Welcome to Human Resources for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Our office provides services to SDSM&T employees, students and the general public. Our services include: compensation administration, payroll processing, benefits and leave administration, position administration, recruitment and selection administration, employee relations(policy development, employment law, employee grievances, disiplinary issues, etc.), training and development, etc.
