Chemical and Pathogenic Contaminant Exposure: Lignite-Coal Deposits, Ground Water, and Potential Relations to Kidney Disease

U.S. Geological Survey scientists are developing and testing hypotheses for potential links between human kidney diseases and a range of potential drinking water contaminants associated with lignite-coal aquifers.
