Senior Affordable Housing in Las Vegas

Women's Development Center (WDC), a Las Vegas non-profit, recently opened its first senior housing development project. The project, Lindell Harbor, at 3440 Lindell Road, consists of 19 one and two bedroom rental units for low/fixed income seniors.

WDC partnered with Nevada Hand, another Las Vegas non-profit housing development group, and private lenders such as the Andre Agassi Foundation, and Clark County, who appropriated HUD HOME funds for the project. All these partners assisted with and share in the dream to provide safe, affordable and decent housing to senior residents in Southern Nevada.

WDC continues to expand its expertise and now offers such services as homebuying and credit counseling, managing transitional housing units, and multi-family housing development.
