Statewide

 -   South Dakota Housing Development Authority - Community Home Improvement Program (CHIP) provides low interest loans for eligible borrowers for the improvement, repair or addition to borrowers' present home (605)773-3181 or TTY (605) 773-6107
 -   Independent Living Center in South Dakota - assistance for persons with disabilities to make accessible modifications to their homes
 -   USDA Rural Development - rural home repair and grant programs that assist very low income homeowners
 -   Community Action Agencies - assistance for low-income families

Rapid City - Neighborhood Restoration Program provides assistance to low and moderate-income families (605) 394-4181

Sioux Falls - Single-family Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program provides financial assistance to low and moderate-income homeowners
