The LT2/Stage2 Data Collection and Tracking System (DCTS) and IDSE Tool are ready to be released to the public.

The Information Processing and Management Center and Data Collection & Tracking System provides a central processing system to help manage submissions and notifications associated with Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule and the Stage 2 Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Rule implementation.
