Only those counselors who have given us written authorization to post their contact information are listed in this directory. It is not a complete directory of all certified gambling counselors, but rather a directory of those certified counselors available to consumers through this web page.

• NCGC/BACC (National Certified Gambling Counselor-II / Board Approved Clinical Consultant)

The National Gambling Counselor Certification Board ("NGCCB") certifies that the counselors listed in the Directory have presented evidence satisfying the standards for certification. NGCCB does not in any way guarantee 1) any particular level or quality of service of any counselor; 2) the initial or continuing availability, accessibility, affordability or responsiveness of any counselor; 3) any particular methodology, mode, course of treatment or procedures used by, requested from, offered by or available from any counselor, or 4) any particular outcome, benefit, efficacy or satisfaction from any engagement of any counselor.
