MEDP Management Education
and Development Program
The Management Education and Development Program (MEDP) is part of the Institute for Economic Advancement, a Division of the College of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. At MEDP we specialize in management education and development programs for organizations in both the public and private sectors. The public programs are generic and cover relevant issues of the day. The private programs are customized, on-site workshops, tailored to the needs of Arkansas businesses or organizations. MEDP annually presents the Arkansas Executive Summit bringing top business leaders together in a "share and learn" environment.
MEDP seminars are presented in various locations across the state on topics such as Strategic Planning, Leadership and Leadership Development, Building Effective Teams, Effective Business Communication, Productivity and Performance Leadership, Operating Asset Effectiveness, Continuous Process Improvement, and Creating a Successful Day. MEDP provides all services on dates and at times consistent with client needs.
