Mentoring is an integral part of development and enables seasoned employees to impart wisdom and assist newer employees in reaching targeted goals.
Purpose of mentoring
Mentoring provides relationship-building and an opportunity for open interaction and professional development between colleagues at different levels and stages of their career.
