The Computer Training Center (CTC) supports the Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD) by providing comprehensive training solutions. The CTC offers several training options in support of Headquarters core-load computer applications and special projects. This includes half day classes, workshops, Information Technology Exchanges (ITE's), and 1-on-1 deskside training sessions.

The CTC Manager conducts all computer applications classes, as well as the workshops and ITE's which are designed to inform users of important IT changes at Headquarters.

Online classes are also available using the System for Administration, Training, and Educational Resources for NASA (SATERN). SATERN is NASA's new Learning Management System that offers Web-based access to training and career development resources.
