OPM's Leadership 360™ assesses the leadership competencies of individual supervisors, managers, and executives, using feedback from peers, subordinates, supervisors, and self-assessments to give a 360-degree perspective of the individual. The OPM Leadership 360™ provides feedback on the 27 OPM leadership competencies that comprise the five Governmentwide Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). Agencies can administer the OPM Leadership 360 online or via scannable forms. Feedback reports provide confidential results for each survey item and each of the 27 competencies, organized by ECQ. Responses to open-ended questions are reported verbatim. The results are reported separately for self, supervisors, peers, and direct reports. The end product is a comprehensive profile of each individual's leadership competencies. Agencies may also obtain a combined competency profile of all of the leaders in the organization to assess overall leadership effectiveness.
