Yesterday the Greater Chicago Red Cross helped 53 people in Cook County with food, clothing, shelter and more after home fires.
We helped 10 people with food and shelter after a fire in Chicago this morning and are on scene at another one right now.

This weekend we helped 47 people in the Chicago area recover from local disasters. We gave them warm clothes, food and support.
We helped 19 people displaced by their home due to a fire last night. We gave them shelter, food, infant supplies and warm clothes.
