Office of General Counsel
Functional Statement
The Office of General Counsel provides legal service to all of the organizational elements of the Agency with respect to all programs and activities of the Agency, provides legal opinions, legal counsel, and litigation support; and assists in the formulation and administration of the Agency's policies and programs as legal advisor.
