Customer Satisfaction Survey

The USGS conducted a customer satisfaction survey for the Science Support Partnership in the spring of 2006. FWS project officers of recently completed SSP activities were contacted via email and phone with this survey. Nearly 70% of those contacted provided feedback to the survey. A tremendous Thank You for those of you who took the time to complete the survey. Your thoughts and critiques are very valuable.

We are pleased to report that for the most part, FWS Project Officers are satisfied with the work conducted under the SSP. Survey responses are helpful in fine tuning the SSP process, updating this web site, and providing the information that people need.

Two reports on this survey are available below. The first is a brief (2 page) summary of the survey results, which also includes a few comments from USGS regarding key points raised by respondents and possible solutions to issues. The second is the complete report for this survey.
