OLCC's Bend and Salem regional offices relocate
Keep alcohol out of the hands of minors
Effective Sept. 2, the Bend office will be located at 2146 NE 4th Street, Suite 160, Bend, OR 97701. Phone (541-388-6292) and fax (541-388-6321) numbers remain the same.

Effective Sept. 15, the Salem office will be located at 200 Hawthorne Ave SE, Suite #B210, Salem, OR 97301. Phone (503-378-4871) and fax (503-378-4594) remain the same.

If you need immediate assistance while these office are in the process of moving, please contact OLCC headquarters at 503-872-5070.
