Penkay Eagles Manor

Thirty year old retirement home in Helena, Montana gets a facelift. Under the guidance of Rocky Mountain Development Council, six community partners and a mixture of HUD funding came together to provide financing for the rehabilitation of Penkay Eagles Manor. The four story building built in 1968 provides 66 affordable rental units for low income seniors and persons with disabilities.
