- Develop in vitro assays using human cells to better understand mechanistic and toxic
action of drugs
- Develop biomarkers associated with drug toxicity and carcinogenesis in human tissues
- Investigate dietary chemopreventive agents and their interaction with drug efficiency
- Investigate the role of epigenetic changes in metabolic genes with drug efficacy and
carcinogenesis
