If you live in Federally-assisted housing, the housing provider may be
required to pay for modifications. For more information, see the discussion of
"reasonable accommodations" under
Section 504 Frequently Asked Questions. If you don't live in Federally-assisted
housing, you'll have to pay for modifications yourself. But there's help available!
