Define Search Region

Define the search region using one of the following methods:

a rectangle in R.A./Dec. space defined by two corners
a rectangle in R.A./Dec. space defined by a center an two widths
a maximum zenith distance

R.A./Dec. Region

First Corner (or Center)				Use these two fields to specify either the first "corner" (R.A. then Dec.) or the center of the search region. R.A. values should be entered as "HH:MM:SS" (where "HH" is hours, "MM" is minutes, and "SS" is seconds). If only hours are entered, you must include a trailing colon (for example, "03:" for 3 hours). Dec. values are entered as "dd mm ss" or "-dd mm ss" (where "dd" is degrees, "mm" is arc-minutes, and "ss" is arc-seconds).
Second Corner (or Widths)				Use these two fields to specify either the second "corner" or the width of the search region. If specifying a width, prepend a "w" to the fields (for example, "w0:45" for a width of 45 minutes in R.A., "w0 0 30" for a width of 30 arc-seconds).
