The Condor Classic
The Condor Classic benefits the Pinnacle Partnership, a registered non-profit supporting Pinnacles National Monument’s efforts to educate the public and expose people to this unique slice of California
Take a tour of the best of the Central Coast on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009. The Condor Classic Bicycle Ride invites riders to pick a route and sample some of California’s most scenic landscapes. San Benito County, located between the Diablo and Gabilan Mountain ranges near Monterey Bay, offers an all-too-rare mix of scenery, light traffic, ideal weather and history.

Did You Know?
Pinnacles National Monument began as a volcano that first erupted about 195 miles south of its present location. It has traveled northward along the San Andreas Fault, and currently moves at a rate of about 2 - 3 centimeters per year.
