FHA Loss mitigation training
This training is for servicing lenders, HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselors. Training includes coverage of FHA Mortgagee Letters with emphasis on retention options, disposition options, timelines for implementation & extension requests. Overviews will be presented on default monitoring system reporting & quality assurance.

May 6, 2009 - San Juan, PR. FHA Loss Mitigation training for HUD approved housing counselors, local servicing lenders & nonprofits. The Loss Mitigation training covers the FHA basic loss mitigation tools. Registration required, no fee.

May 6-7, 2009 - Charlotte, NC. Housing Counseling & Compliance Training. This training will provide essential information to Housing Counseling Agencies (HCA's) in North Carolina & South Carolina that are interested in becoming HUD certified & will offer tools and strategies to current HCA's on how to maintain their HUD certification. May 7, 2009 - Edison, NJ -The Philadelphia Homeownership Center is conducting a one-day “FHA Update Seminar” for lenders. The seminar will cover basic borrower and property qualification as well as recent changes to FHA programs including: Appraisals in Declining Markets, Non-Traditional Credit, HECMs, Down Payments, & more.
