Meeting--February 9-10, 2009

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Notice of meetings.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-
463, the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Research and
Development (ORD), gives notice of one meeting of the Board of
Scientific Counselors (BOSC) Executive Committee.

DATES: The meeting will be held on February 9, 2009, from 2 p.m. to
5:15 p.m. EDT and continued on February 10, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 3
p.m. EDT. The meeting may adjourn early if all business is finished.
Requests for the draft agenda or for making oral presentations at the
meeting will be accepted up to one business day before the meeting.

General Information

    Any member of the public interested in receiving a draft BOSC
agenda or making a presentation at the meeting may contact Heather

listed in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section above. In
general, each individual making an oral presentation will be limited to
a total of three minutes.
    Proposed agenda items for the teleconference include, but are not
limited to: Presentation(s) of ORD responses to BOSC reports; nanotech
research presentation, review of subcommittee draft reports;
subcommittee and workgroup updates. The meeting is open to the public.
