The SAC is no longer involved with the maintenance of the Designated Housing program. Plan renewal authority has been delegated to local Field offices, and new and revised plans must now be submitted to Washington D.C., for review. Details of the revised process, and contact information, is available from HUD Notice PIH 2005-2.
