The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Bloomberg L.P. for financial market information for the period October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. Services include Bloomberg Professional and Bloomberg Anywhere licenses and workstations. Bloomberg is the only known source for these services. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Office in writing.
