All Medical Authorizations and Bill processing are handled by our
contractor, ACS.
ATTENTION PROVIDERS: Effective 10/1/06, your ACS/OWCP Provider Number/ID must be in Box 33 of any HCFA-1500 and in Box 51 of any OWCP-04 submitted for bill processing. Any billing form submitted without the Provider Number/ID in the designated box will not be processed and will be returned to the provider.

- Check Eligibility -
Learn if Authorization is required for a particular procedure. Learn
the Accepted Conditions on a claim.
- Check Authorization -
Learn if authorization has been approved without calling ACS or waiting for
an authorization letter. Medical Providers can also seek, and
for routine care receive, medical authorizations online.
- Check Bill Payment -
Learn status of submitted bills and reimbursement requests. Providers can view Remittance
Vouchers (RVs).

available via our toll-free Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at
866-335-8319.
