The Regional Interagency Committee (RIAC)* cordially invites you to attend a forum on 

“Addressing the Credit Card Crisis”

The forum’s objectives are:
  • to provide an overview of the credit card crisis and its impact on consumers and small businesses
  • to encourage dialogue between credit counseling agencies and credit card issuers on ways to better serve consumers at risk
  • to share best practices on how to help consumers avoid or resolve credit card issues
  • to create awareness of resources available to assist consumers

Please note: This invitation is extended to those organizations located in and/or doing business in the New York City area.

There is no charge for this event. However, space is limited so we encourage you to register early. You can register through this link:

Please note that you will need a government issued photo ID to enter the building. Plan to arrive early, as “airport level” security is in effect.
