The
Federal Air Rules for Reservations (FARR) is a set of federal air rules that apply within the exterior
boundaries of 39 Indian Reservations in Idaho, Oregon
and Washington. These rules “level the playing field”
and ensure that residents within the boundaries of the
reservations enjoy air quality protection similar to that
existing outside the reservations.
This section of the website has the final rules,
fact sheets,
preamble and links
to the Federal Register notice and docket.
