I’m not currently enrolled. When can I enroll?

Answer:

You can enroll during the next Federal Benefits Open Season. Your effective date in FSAFEDS will be January 1^st.

You can enroll by visiting www.FSAFEDS.com, clicking on “Enrollment” and answering the questions.

If you have questions, you can email FSAFEDS@shps.com or call a Benefits Counselor, toll-free, at 1-877-FSAFEDS (372-3337), TTY: 1-800-952-0450, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
