May-Grunwald stain
(Matheson Coleman & Bell, Norwood, OH 45212)		 2.5 g
Methanol (absolute) 1 liter

Weigh stain into 50 ml methanol, dissolve by grinding, and dilute to 1 liter with methanol. Stir 16 h at 37°C. Hold stain 1 month at 22°C (room temperature). Filter before use.
