The entire section of the Harrisburg branch of the Pennsylvania State library housing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's local public document room for the Three Mile Island and Peach Bottom nuclear power plants has now been reopened to the public. A project to remove lead from the building led to the temporary closure. The work began last fall.
