HUD Homeownership Centers insure single family FHA mortgages and oversee the selling of HUD homes. The Philadelphia Homeownership Center serves the states of Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia.

If you have any questions you may contact FHA at 1-800-CALL FHA (1-800-225-5342). You can also find answers to FHA questions in our on-line knowledge base or send an email by visiting the FHA Resource Center.
