Local governments are using Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1) funding to purchase and redevelop foreclosed and abandoned properties that will be used to house income-eligible individuals or families. Contact NSP grantees in Florida  for information about local priorities, business opportunities, and assistance programs.
