NOTE TO EDITORS:

A subcommittee of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) will hold a technical meeting on December 3, in Rockville, Md.

The meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on Human Factors is open to the public. It will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Room T-2B3, 11545 Rockville Pike.

The subcommittee will review the activities of the Office for Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data, and the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards associated with the Human Performance Program Plan. It will also discuss staff responses to the questions raised at its September 20 meeting. Other aspects of the meeting, including the opportunity for public comment, are described in a Notice of Meeting published in the November 19 edition of the Federal Register.
