NOTE TO EDITORS -- ACRS MEETING
Two subcommittess of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory
committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) have scheduled a joint technical meeting
October 30 - November 1, in Rockville, Maryland, to discuss risked-based analysis of
reactor operating experience.
The meeting of the ACRS subcommittees on Probabalistic Risk Assessment and
Plant Operations, is open to the public. It will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day in Room T-2B3 of Two White Flint North, 11545 Rockville Pike.
Other aspects of the meeting, including the opportunity for public comment, are
described in a Notice of Meeting published in the October 17 edition of the Federal
Register.
