NOTE TO EDITORS -- ACRS MEETING
A subcommittee of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee
on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) has scheduled a meeting November 5, in Rockville,
Maryland, to discuss the qualification of candidates for appointment to the ACRS.
The meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on Planning and Procedures, will be
held from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m in Room T-2B1, Two White Flint North, 11545
Rockville Pike. The meeting will be open to public observation with the exception of a
portion that may be closed to discuss organizational and personnel matters.
Other aspects of the meeting, including the opportunity for public comment, are
described in a Notice of Meeting published in the October 21 edition of the Federal
Register.
