NOTE TO EDITORS:               


     The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has rescheduled its meeting with officials
of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation to discuss the latest Systematic Assessment of
Licensee Performance at the R.E. Ginna nuclear plant.  It now will be held at noon on
October 29 in the training center at the site.
