Electronic Submissions

While NCPC does not require electronic submissions from applicants, it does encourage them. Computer-generated graphics, diagrams, illustrations, and still images that are part of the formal submission report should be in Microsoft Word or a standard Portable Document Format (.pdf). Supporting digital presentation material that is not part of the formal submittal, such as CAD files, GIS data, aerial photography, PowerPoint presentations, stand-alone computer-generated still images, 2D or 3D simulations, digital photography, digital video, and spreadsheets that help describe the project, may also be submitted electronically. You may zip your files using WinZip, or another comparable file compression software, to make it easier when uploading several files.

Discreet 3D Studio (.3ds)

GIS:
ESRI Shapefile (.shp)

XML database (.xml)

Spreadsheets and Databases:
Microsoft Excel (.xls)
Microsoft Access (.mdb)
