Public Involvement in Operator Licensing for New Reactors
Meetings between the NRC technical staff and applicants or licensees are open for interested members of the public to attend as observers pursuant to "Commission Policy Statement on Staff Meetings Open to the Public," dated September 20, 2000. To learn about future meetings, please see our public meeting schedule page. This public meeting schedule will include meetings sponsored by such organizations as ANS, ASME, ICONE, USUG, and other groups that address operator licensing initiatives. Members of the public who wish to attend should contact the individual identified for the meeting of interest.
