Floor Stocks Tax Form and Instructions

TTB is in the process of mailing pre-printed floor stocks tax returns to businesses that we have identified as potential taxpayers.  We cannot ensure that every person liable for floor stocks tax will receive a pre-printed return.  The use of the pre-printed return expedites the processing of all returns, so we encourage its use.  We anticipate that pre-printed returns will begin to arrive in mailboxes beginning on March 26, 2009, and should all have arrived soon after June 30, 2009.  If you do not receive the pre-printed return by mail, you should file your return using the form available on the TTB website.
