Continuum of Care 2003 Debriefing, February 3, 2004 (2 hours, 15 minutes)

This national webcast provides a thorough debriefing on the 2003 Continuum of Care competition. The debriefing process is a valuable tool for applicants wishing to improve their score in future competitions. For the first time, all applicants will have the opportunity to receive feedback on the competition together.

In addition to debriefing on the results of the competition scoring, the webcast provides model responses on critical topic areas required to be addressed in the application that are taking on increasing importance in the scoring process. These areas include:

  • Developing an effective strategy to end chronic homelessness by 2012
  • Effective discharge planning
  • Accessing mainstream supportive services programs.
